We’re not trying to weasel out of it, but unfortunately we cannot refund any food or perishable items. If you’re not happy with our products let us know and we’ll get working on improving them!
For all other products, as long as they are in their original condition with their original packaging let us know within 30 days that you aren’t happy and we’ll process your refund. You’ll have to cover the costs for returning the product to us (we’re not made of money) – details on how to return goods can be found below.
If your box isn’t what you ordered or it was damaged in the post we’ll fix the problem as quickly as possible. We may need you to return the box, so send an email to email@example.com and we’ll let you know what steps to take next.
